What is your typical turnaround time?
For social media ads and short-form editing, the first cut is typically delivered within 48 to 72 hours. For full production projects involving on-set filming, turnaround is normally 7 to 10 business days from shoot day to final graded delivery.
How do revisions work, and how many are included?
Every project includes 2 comprehensive rounds of revisions. This gives us ample room to fine-tune pacing, motion graphics, audio mix, and color grading to ensure the finished video matches your exact brand standards.
Do we own full commercial rights to the final videos?
Yes, 100%. Once final payment is completed, full commercial advertising and broadcast rights for all exported 4K masters are permanently transferred to your company for unrestricted use across all platforms.
